What is the meaning of equal opportunity employment and why is it important for society and economy as a whole? Is being an equal part of the labor force influencing only women’s freedom and independence or does it also concern economy and society in general? Have these issues already been resolved, or are reforms in Greece still being stalled? Is a third, vast wave of change needed in order to achieve the ultimate and most essential breakthrough?

This short book addresses big questions, with either an international or domestic point of view.
